What is it suited to?
The system is perfectly suited to brokers and insurers who distribute policies and wish to lower their administration costs and maintain a high degree of control and knowledge about their clients.
In particular the system is suited to brokers with binding rights. The back end system is both very simple to operate and a cost effective method of handling the issue of policies and schedules.

Paper-free transactions
Typically the client (your client) will complete the application on line, then pay, then be taken direct to an on-risk certificate providing they had appropriately answered earlier screening questions.

The cash is collected by credit or debit card - and the money paid direct to your bank account in around 3 days.

Once this is completed the bordereau is completed with the new details.

The moment a client makes a transaction on the web site your administration team are altered.

Then at renewal, a system takes over to ensure renewals are maximised.

What we do
The service offered is a complete package for the purchase, data collection, payment and back end reporting systems for insurance policies.

What general viewers freely see here is the "Front" end. Clients may access their own information - using a unique user name and password. What is hidden from clients, and available only to your admin team is a very substantial back-end of reporting and other important information.

What we can do is to collect information from the buyer, store that on a database, organise the collection of premium and then provide a full reporting system. In other words an entire business process.

Your database information
A copy of your database is is always available to you. A backup is sent to you on a regular basis.

Remote administration
The system is very suited to remote administration. Administrators can work from any computer linked to the Internet anywhere in the world - entered by secure username and password with only those facilities you chose them to have.
We are used to working with various levels of authorisation, so - for instance the team leader has access to everything and other operators have access only to those areas you decide.

Automated financial updates
As your clients buy their policy the system will provide the very latest and most uptodate financial information without any input from your operators. Your screens are updated in real time as new business is generated.

Database integrity
The database created is at all times be the property of the broker/introducer. The database is private and confidential to the broker/introducer and is shared with no one else or used for any other purpose (other than to satisfy compliance requirements or as directed under legal constraint).

Cost
An exact quotation can be provided once we know the scope of your requirements.
We charge an ongoing maintenance fee on a per policy basis. There is an initial charge to set up and configure the web site.
The costs are therefore made up of two elements - set-up and ongoing.

Set-up costs could be anywhere between a few hundred pounds (in a simple scenario similar to our own) to several thousand for a specially written front and back end.

Functionality guarantee
You will always have our functionality agreement That is any money paid is fully refundable if the site does not function as we have agreed. There is no financial risk to you before a complete working web site is up and running and NO risk of a cost overrun - because we fix and agree the set up costs before work commences.

Integration with existing sites
Services we provide are driven by our own server. It is a very simple matter to embed a link in your site to a specially set up link in ours - like click here to proceed - it would appear seam free to any viewer.
